Yes. We are growing multilingual circles. Tell us your preferred language when you join.
Who facilitates?
Trained community hosts using trauma‑informed guidelines. Tina, our digital guide, supports planning and reflection.
How often do circles meet and for how long?
Most circles meet 2× per month for 60–90 minutes. Exact cadence may vary by group.
What if I am shy or do not want to share?
Listening is welcome. You can always pass. The space is built for safety and choice.
Is this therapy?
No. Circles are peer support and reflection spaces. They do not replace professional care.
How can I support this work?
